imagesI am just now leaving out for our 21st Texas Women’s Yoga Weekend in Galveston and I wanted to quick post and share this with you.

I just found out that I’m in a YouTube created by one of the TX women in our Kundalini yoga circle of sisters – Kathe Forrest/Siri Kirin wrote a book called Keep the Change – Simple Practices for Lasting Transformation – Using Yoga, Meditation & Journaling.
